The Pathlight mobile app gives you the core Pathlight experience on your phone - always know exactly how you’re performing and quickly communicate from wherever you are.

Mobile App: Login Troubleshooting Option 1

If you are experiencing any issues logging in, please ensure the following:

1) You are using the correct login method

Note: Pathlight supports many different ways to log in; however, most organizations have a specific method that is used. Allowed methods are listed on the mobile app. If you are unsure which to use, please contact your internal IT administrator.

2) You are using your company-specific login portal (If Applicable)

Note: You may have a company-specific login portal such as Okta, Onelogin, or auth0. Please utilize the "different method" button for these portals and input your organization's name on the following screen.

Mobile App: Login Troubleshooting Option 2

  1. Using your phone's web browser, navigate to https://app.pathlight.com/logout. This should clear any information for a fresh try.

  2. On the same device, go to https://app.pathlight.com/login/{org_name}. If it tries to direct you to use the app, temporarily uninstall the Pathlight App and try this step again
