The platform integrates with Zendesk via a read-only API integration.

To connect the platform to Zendesk, follow these steps:

1. Login to the platform with your credentials: https://app.##{{platform}}.com/login/##{{account-name}}/

2. Click on the following link to initiate the connection: https://app{platform}.com/authentication/login/zendesk

3. Insert the subdomain used for your company’s Zendesk instance and click Continue. This will redirect you to the Zendesk login page:

4. Insert your username and password based on the correct authentication method used for Zendesk

5. Accept the permissions

6. Done! You have now successfully connected your platform to Zendesk.
