Experiencing access issues with Echo AI on Google Chrome? This quick guide will walk you through simple steps to identify and fix common Chrome problems, ensuring a seamless experience with the platform.

If you encounter errors when accepting an invite to complete your account setup or a 500 error message when accessing your account, please follow these instructions to fix it.

  1. In Chrome, go to "Settings" by clicking on the three vertical dots.

  2. In Settings, click "Privacy and security" and look for "Site settings."โ€‹

  3. In Site Settings, scroll down and look for "Cookies and site data" under "Content."โ€‹

  4. Once you're in Cookies and site data, scroll down again and click "See all site data and permission."

  5. On the next page, look for echoai.com and delete it.

  6. On the same web browser, navigate to https://app.echoai.com/logout. This should clear any information for a fresh try.

  7. Click the invite link you received to complete the signup process, or click your organization's direct login website to log in again.

We hope this helps resolve your login issues! Please start a support chat with or email us at support@echoai.com if you have any questions or need further assistance.
