Flagging a Conversation as Inactive
Flagging a conversation as inactive helps you mark it for future reference and to remove it from the default list of conversations in the Conversations view. Here’s how you can flag a conversation as inactive:
Locate the Conversation:
Navigate to the conversation you want to flag as inactive in the Conversation tab list.
Flag the Conversation as Inactive:
Click on the three-dot menu (⋮) located at the top-right corner of the "AI Analysis" pane.
Select "Flag record" from the dropdown menu.
Optional Notes:
A text box will appear, allowing you to add optional notes.
Example Note: "This conversation should be hidden as it is not valid"
Confirmation:
Click on the "Flag as inactive" button
A flag icon will appear in the "AI Analysis" pane with the optional note, indicating that it has been flagged as inactive successfully.
Accessing Flagged Conversations
To view a conversation, follow these steps:
Go to Conversations:
Navigate to the conversations list
View Flagged Conversations:
Once flagged conversations will not be visible by default in the conversations list
To view them, click on the "+ Add Filter" button
Scroll down the Admin section and select "Advanced"
Enable "Inactive records" in the selection
Unflag Conversations
To unflag a conversation, follow these steps:
Select the conversation
Go to the Conversation list of inactive records (see Accessing Flagged Conversations section)
Click into the specific conversation that needs to be unflagged
Unflag a Conversation:
To unhide a conversation, click on the three-dot menu (⋮) next to the conversation.
Select "Unflag record" from the dropdown menu.
