What is it?
The CI Overview feature provides a high-level overview of a conversation, allowing you to quickly understand its key points.
How does it work?
We prompt the Large Language Models (LLM) to provide an overview, paying attention to key events and highlights. Administrators can customize this prompt so that it aligns with information that is unique to your organization (such as how you refer to a particular job role).
Benefits of the Feature:
The main benefit of the Overview feature is that users don't have to listen to the whole call or read the whole conversation to understand what happened. This saves time for those responsible for hundreds of conversations. Through custom prompts, we also ensure that the summary contains the information most important to your organization.
